KC360 does not warrant or guarantee successful advancement of your college admissions progress based on any written or verbal advice, webinar content (whether recorded or live), course material content or website content, which is accessed through the SITE or directly from its OWNER. This includes any affiliate provider of products, informational or instructional services, or planning solutions, that may be associated with KC360, the SITE or with its OWNER.
The OWNER and KC360 affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of revenue or loss of profits which result from any use of or access to the SITE, or services of KC360, or any inability to use or access the SITE or services of KC360.
MEMBERSHIP
If you are under the age of 18, you need parental permission before creating a membership on the SITE.
Your membership is non-transferable and sharing your username and password will result in your membership being terminated without refund or further notice.

Payment plan memberships are based on the subscription fees which are detailed on the site’s Memberships page. Memberships, and access to the site and its content, will be cancelled if the subscription fees are not received.
PROMOTIONAL EVENTS, CONTESTS, COMPETITIONS AND SWEEPSTAKES
From time to time, KC360 and its OWNER may run promotional events, contests, raffles, or sweepstakes which may include prizes. The eligibility and terms of entering the contest or sweepstake, are stated at the time of the event, in accordance to the definitions found in the law of the United States of America.
If advertising or operating the competition requires the use of social media, then liability concerning this will be limited to KC360, where the social network cannot be held liable for any aspect of the promotion.
Competition winners are usually informed directly by email, unless otherwise stated.

MEMBERSHIP PLANS
SELF-NAVIGATOR MEMBERSHIP
In submitting your information and payment, you agree to the non-recurring, membership fee, payable at time of signing up, granting access to the educational content for one-year duration from the date of payment.
MONTHLY NAVIGATOR MEMBERSHIP
In submitting your information and payment, you understand and agree to have committed to a contract with KC360, and you agree to the payment of monthly fees of US$10, for a one-year duration from the date of first payment, granting you access to the educational content.
In the event the USER chooses to successfully complete the allotted number of quizzes – in this case, earning 6 award badges – then KC360 will ensure the final two months of this membership will not be billed.
ACADEMY MEMBER
In submitting your information, you understand that you have no access to higher membership plans and their content, without first choosing to upgrade and pay for those plans.
CANCELLATION
You are able to cancel your membership payment and membership at any time. There is no refund policy in place. If you choose to cancel your membership payment, no further payments will be drawn from your payment solution.
SITE AVAILABILITY
The SITE is usually available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. KC360 and its OWNER do not guarantee 100% SITE uptime due to the usual unforeseen technical challenges which are at times common to all SITES.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONTENT
From time to time, SITE content may be added, removed or rearranged at the discretion of the OWNER, and may affect the content each Membership sees or has access to.
All content on the SITE is solely owned by the OWNER and no content may be redistributed or copied. All affiliate networks’ content is solely owned by the affiliate and may not be redistributed or copied without their permission.
KC360 trademarks and logos displayed on the SITE are those of KC360, unless otherwise stated, and may not be used without approval of the OWNER. All affiliate networks’ trademarks and logos are owned by the affiliate and may not be used without their permission.
The OWNER states, that all SITE content has been added with the understanding there are no copyright or intellectual violations.
Your membership gives you right to only use the content for personal development efforts to advance your collegiate admissions progress.
SITE USE
You must not:
Use scripts to automatically download content.
Use false email addresses, impersonate others, or misrepresent your affiliation with others.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to computer systems or site content through the SITE.
Engage in automatic information gathering, including screen scraping or database scraping or the like.
Cause any interruption of the SITE’s operation, including but not limited to, by DoS attacks, introduction of a virus or any other electronic routines.

The OWNER and KC360 reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time, without notification.

The laws of Alabama and the United States of America are the jurisdiction under which these Terms and Conditions and your membership submit. Any dispute or legal issue is hereby mandated to be actioned under this jurisdiction.
